VALUE FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Technology with an operational purpose.

A waste management system organizes operational information and connects generators, materials, services and documents. CSite offers a configurable solution for collection, transport, storage, treatment and recovery businesses, with document control, information access and reporting modules defined for each project.

01

A platform for operational information

When service data is spread across spreadsheets, emails and folders, finding a reference may take several searches. We identify what information is used, who records it and which department needs it later. A shared structure preserves relationships between records and simplifies tracking, reflecting your process from request to document review and delivery.

02

Generators, facilities and catalogs

The solution can bring together generators, subgenerators and operational data. Waste catalogs, units and commercial references are organized alongside service participants, reducing repeated entry. Configuration defines required fields, who can update them and historical data retention. Consistent catalogs support comparisons and customer or material queries.

03

Digital manifests and PDF documentation

The service includes manifest generation from recorded information, with multiple waste entries per document where the defined workflow allows. PDFs simplify delivery and access. Documents may include QR references for system access or verification. We review fields, responsibilities and your existing formats to agree on structure and validation.

04

Customer document access

A portal can let customers or generators view and download their documents. We define access rules and references for finding services without individual email requests. Available information is agreed during the project. A clear journey helps users find documents while your team maintains an organized reference point.

05

Operators, carriers, vehicles and recipients

Service information can connect operators, carriers, vehicles and recipients, identifying participants and document references for each operation. Tracking reflects your statuses and responsibilities. Real-time location, route optimization and device readings require specific assessment and integration; inclusion is defined in project scope.

06

Reports by generator, waste type and period

Reports support activity review by generator, waste type, dates or agreed criteria. Business questions determine fields, filters and exports. Queries can help review a period or prepare customer information. We define quantity and unit validation so teams can interpret data and identify records needing review.

07

Collection centers and source references

Collection centers need connections between generators, waste, quantities and documents. Configuration can organize these references and link carriers and recipients. Batch, stock, scale and movement reconciliation controls require specific rules and integrations. We review an inbound example, outbound example and closing report to define retained information and confirmation responsibilities.

08

Configuration for different waste and services

The solution can be assessed for hazardous waste, infectious biological waste (RPBI), special-management waste, municipal solid waste and recycling, as well as liquids, sludge and other materials. Configuration depends on activities and documentation needs. Different formats, owners or validations use separate flows. Software supports organization and document traceability; business owners remain responsible for reviewing authorizations and obligations.

09

Invoicing and Carta Porte as custom modules

Invoicing or Carta Porte requirements are reviewed as a specific development and integration scope. We agree on reused service data, information reviewers and providers involved. Tax certification components and operational terms are defined in the proposal. These modules are customized and are not assumed to be included in every system configuration.

10

Implementation with your team

We begin with current documents and reports, workload and time-consuming tasks. We then define catalogs, roles, modules and test scenarios. Launch includes agreed information preparation and key-user training. Each department should understand what it enters, validates and consults. Initial support and later improvements are specified in the implementation scope.

Can it handle different waste types?

It can be assessed for different operations and waste categories. Document and operational configuration depends on your materials and processes.

Are invoicing and Carta Porte included?

They are custom modules. Workflow, integration, tax certification provider and scope are defined separately in the proposal.

Can we request a demonstration?

Yes. Contact CSite with examples of your operations to coordinate a review of the modules and scope you need.

PREPARE YOUR PROJECT

What information to share with CSite.

Gather examples of current processes, documents, participating users and tools the solution needs to connect with. Describe repetitive tasks and information that is hard to find. We can then review priorities and agree on an implementation proposal.
